He got attacked by a mafia, who wanted to took a package he was carrying. He won a battle, but same time got wounded very hard. Miyako was near there, and when she heard sounds of the battle, she came to check what's going on and she found Yukio, and helped him (she is a medic ninja). He thought she is an angel. xD
